COVID-19 Policy

Aeson takes COVID-19 very seriously and, while returning to providing in-person services, he is implementing new policies to allow us to do that safely with the least potential for spreading this disease. PLEASE NOTE If, at any time, COVID-19 infection rates reach three percent (3%), all immediate events will be canceled and in-person scheduling will be converted to phone/video or canceled.

Booking & Arrival Changes After each client, the reading area will be . The next session will not begin until the area has been cleaned and allowed to dry. It is our sincere hope that this can be accomplished with 15 minutes between sessions. This, however, also means that overrun appointments may create significant delays, we will try to keep appointments to the time scheduled.

Pre-Booked: Appointments need to be made 24 hours in advance. When you arrive at the location for your reading, please text ‪(304) 584-3592 or call the main number for the location‬. Those who have texted will receive a message to enter when your session can begin, calls will be made to those who have called the location. Walk-Ins: Walk-in Sessions are “First Come, First Serve” and are worked around scheduled clients, with the additional time needed for cleaning, this makes booking ahead more convenient than ever. Each location will have a walk-in sign-up list. This will request your name, cell phone number, and we will text or call when your session in ready to begin. As this may create long waits between sign-up and session start, we always encourage clients to book ahead.

Changes to Readings Cards will be shuffled by Aeson and Name/Date of Birth/Email Information will be recorded by him.

This helps to avoid extra steps and potential contact surface spread, while requiring less effort to maintain and ensure health and safety.

Aeson and his assistant will be wearing a mask, and sincerely request that clients do so as well during the reading and interaction.

While Aeson appreciates your thanks and understands the importance of human contact through hugs, shaking hands, etc., unfortunately at this time, we will not be engaging in physical touch expressions. “

Look, Don’t Touch” Your interest in services, display items, card decks, etc. should be communicated without touching those items. While we would normally freely invite you to interact using touch with these objects, that will create significant cleaning delays at this time.

Cancellations & Reasons to Cancel If you experience any of the following symptoms (below), please contact us to reschedule your live appointment in favor of a phone/ video appointment that can occur at the same time as your live appointment booking, or can be set-up for a future date and time.

• Cough

• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

• Fatigue

• Muscle or body aches

• Headache

• New loss of taste or smell

• Sore throat

• Congestion or runny nose

• Nausea or vomiting

• Diarrhea

Please remember Aeson chooses to work with you as much as you choose him, and can terminate the appointment at any time, for any reason, and may block you from future sessions with him. In every aspect of your interactions with Aeson, and everyone who he works with that you may encounter, we try to ensure you are respected, treated fairly, and that you are not harmed in any way. We are asking now, more than ever, to please reflect that back to us.
